Getting Started
1. Registration & Login
Step 1: Visit the homepage and click on Register
Step 2: Fill in your details:
- Full Name
- Official Email Address (use @bpmce.ac.in domain)
- Phone Number (optional)
- Department Selection
- Password (minimum 6 characters)
Step 3: Accept Terms and Conditions
Step 4: Click Create Account
Step 5: Login with your credentials
Pro Tip
Keep your login credentials secure. Use a strong password combining letters, numbers, and special characters.
2. Dashboard Overview
After logging in, you'll see your personalized dashboard with:
Statistics Cards
View total subjects, recent records, and active sessions
Quick Actions
Access key features with one click
Your Subjects
List of all courses you're teaching
Recent Activity
Latest attendance records and updates
Attendance Management
Marking Attendance
- Click on Mark Attendance from dashboard
- Select the subject from dropdown
- Select the date (defaults to today)
- Mark students as Present/Absent
- Add remarks if needed
- Click Submit Attendance
Viewing Attendance Records
- Go to Reports → Attendance Reports
- Filter by subject, date range, or student
- View attendance percentage
- Export to Excel/CSV if needed
Important Note
Attendance once marked cannot be deleted. However, you can edit it within 24 hours of marking.
Online Examinations
Creating an Exam
- Navigate to Online Exams → Manage Exams
- Click Create New Exam
- Fill in exam details:
- Exam Title
- Description and Instructions
- Time Limit (in minutes)
- Passing Marks
- Start Date & Time
- End Date & Time
- Result Declaration Date
- Check "Show results to students" if you want students to see their answers
- Click Create Exam
- A unique exam link will be generated
Adding Questions
- After creating exam, click Questions
- Click Add New Question
- Select question type:
- MCQ: Single correct answer
- Numerical: Enter numerical value
- Enter question text (HTML supported for formatting)
- Upload question image (optional)
- For MCQ: Add 4 options and mark correct answer
- For Numerical: Set correct answer and tolerance
- Assign marks for the question
- Set display order
- Click Save Question
HTML Formatting in Questions
You can use HTML tags to format questions:

- Copy the exam link from exam details
- Share via email, WhatsApp, or classroom portal
- Students can access using the link
- No login required for students (unless configured)
Viewing Results
- Go to exam and click Results
- View statistics: Average, Highest Score, Pass Rate
- See individual student performance
- Export results to CSV
- View detailed question-wise analysis
Document Archives
Uploading Documents
- Navigate to Archives section
- Select document category (Lecture Notes, Assignments, Question Papers, etc.)
- Click Upload Document
- Choose file (PDF, DOC, PPT supported)
- Add title and description
- Select subject and semester
- Set access permissions
- Click Upload
Organizing Documents
- Create folders by subject or topic
- Use tags for easy searching
- Sort by date, name, or category
- Archive old documents to keep system organized

- • Regularly backup important documents

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I reset my password?
Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and you'll receive instructions to reset your password.
Can I edit attendance after submitting?
Yes, you can edit attendance within 24 hours of marking. After 24 hours, you'll need to contact the admin for changes.
How do students access online exams?
Share the unique exam link with students. They can access the exam without needing to create an account, just by entering their name and registration number.
What file formats are supported for documents?
The system supports PDF, DOC, DOCX, PPT, PPTX, XLS, XLSX, and image files (JPG, PNG). Maximum file size is 10MB.
Can I see which students have attempted the exam?
Yes, go to Exam Results section. You can see a complete list of students who have attempted the exam along with their scores and attempt times.
How is data backed up?
The system automatically backs up data daily. Critical data is backed up in real-time. You can also manually export your data for personal backup.
